At Slister Slimes, your satisfaction matters to us—however, due to the hygienic and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, texture preferences, or scent opinions.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide photos of the item and packaging.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Please note, once a slime has been opened or used, we can no longer accept it back for sanitary reasons.
